Limitation//Moon 0 Report post Posted March 28, 2006 Already ? 6 month Thought I have already wished you luck sometime before, anyways congrat again. Go for Nepali Name, Nops not English names.....keep the Nepali tradition, wherever you are, love your root. Since your name is Tara and hubby Mohan, Give her JUNELI IF GIRL HAPPENED, and give suraj (or synyonyms) ....which just compose complete constellation. lucifer 0 Report post Posted March 29, 2006 Congrats sista MT!! Aba wnso ma lots of mama hune bhaye!! aba bhanja ko naam ke rakhne!! umm how about a hibrid name that fist both on eastern and the western world. Eg would be Robin (rather girlish name in da west) or something of that sort!! I'd prefer an easy name that everyone can pronounce so that he won't have to utter his name 2500 times a day just to make everyone pronounce it the rite way!! can't think of any rite on top of my head but sure will let ya know if I come across any. ujjwal 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2006 ! I'd prefer an easy name that everyone can pronounce so that he won't have to utter his name 2500 times a day just to make everyone pronounce it the rite way!! lol very true ........ I always need to say my name at least 10-20 times, just to make sure that others pronounce it properly.... and sometimes even I get confused with my real pronounciation
distant_memory 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2006 thaty's true. Must take into account globiisation. I'm ok with my first name here in the UK, it's the nepali people who seem to have trouble pronouncing it! As for my surname...it's a bit of a challenge and i get confused how it's really pronounced sometimes too. hmm...baby names, you'll have to think of names that accomodate both cultures, and it's easy to pronounce.
