MohanTara 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 Mother Theresa's Poem This poem was written by Mother Teresa n is engraved on the wall of her home 4 children in Calcutta. People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered; Forgive them anyway. If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives; Be kind anyway. If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies; Succeed anyway. If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you; Be honest and frank anyway. What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight; Build anyway. If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous; Be happy anyway. The good you do today, people will forget tomorrow, Do good anyway. Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; Give the world the best you've got ... anyway. You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God, It never was between you and them anyway.
ram dotyal 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 Sister Tara, You made me soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo so so so soooooooooooooooooooooo happy today. You know why? Because this poem which you have posted here is being a lesson to me from last 15 years. Thank you very much for bringing such a good stuff. Now, I remember few lines of mother Teresa what she wrote for the world's youngest chilndrens. Let me to highlight here: The fruit of silence is prayer The fruit of prayer is faith The fruit of faith is love The fruit of love is service The fruit of service is peace. Mother Teresa, you will be always in our heart.
