kslsanjeeb9 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2005 Hey Frens, well we all feel so tired some day and some days we even work for longer hours , but the study suggest that the average working hours should not more than 8-9 hours in the early time when we are new to the job .....and when we are really prepare for longer do take care that we need to have 3000 calories for Man and 2500 Callories for women, Now a days even at the early age of 18-24 , we suffer from stress a lot of anxiety for so many things , each day we meet so many people , normally 100 -150 people when it is a medium size organisation and the number is approximately 350-400 for the larger organiation apart from this we evn read magazines , we have contiunously use brains for thinking and for creativity so please please make it a point that we eat sufficient at the time of work ,otherwise we may suffer from diseases such as hypertension , frustation. We have to take in care of ourself even though there are families to take care , but at the primary level we must take good careof ourself. Drink a lot sof Water , take green vegetables , Milk and non veg but very limited amount , There are various ways of managing stress one of the important method is FREE YOURSELF FROM ATTACHMENT ( i mean dont react very fast to things which are irrelevent and which are not productive , take a average way of doing things , if you are student take a good rest and sleep ..if you can make it to get up early in the morning please get up atlease 2 days a week... early bed and early rise make man perfect and wise.. Thirdly try to avoid confrontation in front of your boss if he says this is the thing just shake your head ,...dont panic and argue ....and after all do your things in the way u think is better. so avoid confrontations . fourthly , if you can make time to youself ..pls meditate at leasyt 20min which would improve your bodily and respiratory system... and Last but not the least , Smile and everlastin smile a smile can brings you near to me , this world has lost it glory lets start a brand new ..story now my love ....
