santos 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2004 Could anyone plz tell me how to precisely print address label for envelops? Is there some sort of software to do this stuff or we can only do it manually. Thanks! 60047[/snapback] If you are talking about sticky address labels for envelopes, you can do it in microsoft word. Go to Tools- Letters and mailing- envelope and labels, and a small window will pop up. On that window, click on label at the top right. Then type the address in the address box. After that, click on the lines below label (bottom right). Chose the type of label you have got (it will be on the top and bottom of your label sticker), and finally click on the new document (middle right). Put the label sticker paper in the printer and give the print command. That will print your label on your desired format. If you are trying to put different addresses in different labels in the same paper, you can just type different addresses in different boxes and print them out. If there are some labels remaining in a sheet, you can always use them later, but you have to type your new address in the corresponding boxes in the word document. Hope this helps.
