linuxuser 0 Report post Posted April 26, 2004 what is the format of the file u r trying to play? is it MP3, WAV, MPEG?? i've never had that problem but sounds like Windows Media Player ( version 9 ) has problems with some MP3 ( recorded using tools such as Jukebox recorder V2)...because of bad frames. i did a quick search on google,,,and some body posted that "Use mp3fixer to remove bad frames" ,,u can try that or u can simply try Realplayer or winamp to play the file. if it is a MP3, how about converting it to WAV, if that works?
