Greetings re :angry: Why..for laziness? My cool advice to you is; develop any of your skills, but not your laziness.


Yoga is a good exercise, indeed. Health and Yoga has brought out various yoga exercise plans best suited to everyone. And yoga has postures and breathing techniques for almost all diseases, health disorders, allergies, pains and more......!!

Yes, that's it. Yoga also brings a better sense of self to anyone and everyone who practices it. Yoga brings many advantages such as; the restoration of balance, poise, health and flexibility which makes our body a well being.
