Volunteer Interaction Program !!!

In this program , the new and existing volunteers from the past will be shared an information about , WNSO-Programs and achievement from its inception to till now .

The venue for this interaction and exchange program is WNSO-Nepal office Hall . It will be held on 15th , December 2007 as on Saturday .

 

The Ad is published in the Kantipur Daily .(24th Mangshir 2064. ) It covers wide range of information about Scholarship , volunteership and Career opportunities . It is requested to all the members that , Please cut the piece of information from the newspaper and and circulate it among goverment and non government office , colleges , schools and public places , where you have easy access .

Dear WNSO-global Members and Freinds !

 

As wished by all our well wisher and freinds , the program " volunteer Interaction " was successful with the presence of many many young members and students willing for voluntarily involovement for nobel cause .

 

The Program started approx. around 1:30 . Mr Sanjeeb Sangroula started the program with the brief introduction about the WNSO its objectives , activities undertaken and the activities that will be organised in the near future .

 

The interaction program was Participatory as all the invited member introdued themselves with each other and shared their views of the " The Role of youth in Nation building through Volunterism " The prospects and challeges of youth volunteers " .

 

Few program , advice and ideas are provided to WNSO-Nepal .

 

Mr Puspa Nidhi Gautam Shared views on the program in the light that , we have to build up volunteers and plans for starting and Managing the Waste through our own effort . He proposed "Waste Management " in Kathmandu Valley to be done by WNSO-effort. Mr Manish Magar shared his experience and highlighted on the importance of youth and volunteers for nation and society at large . Mr Shyam Prasad Dumre provided information about the Helath sectors and its related activities going to take place in the Near future .

 

Many Volunteers showed interest to work in the Health Sector and in this Regard , Dr Sunil Kr Joshi (President of WNSO-Nepal provided many insights about health sector and pros and cons of Volunteerism . He insited that Cost effective program should be developed and carried out by WNSO-Nepal in the near future . He speak about the importance of Violence & Injury prevention and its School of thought .

 

The proposal for working in Drug addict and Rehabilitaion was proposed by many members .

 

Mr Tom Vickers (Advisor to WNSO ) address the interaction Program and adviced to work in a smart and better ways to achieve goals . He preffred that students and volunteers to work seeking and convincing foreign universities and national universities for geeting Scholarship for their study . He suggested a joint effort from volunteers to explore colleges and universities seeking the same purpose .

 

Mr . Bharat Thapa (founder and Honourable Member ) advice and address volunteers in the Program .He responsed to querries raised by volunteers and freinds .

 

Mr Jagganath Kharel (WNSO-Nepal G. Secretary also speak in the Program also participated . He also responded to various querries raised by studensts.

 

Mr . Dipesh Dulal and Yadav Prasad Bhattarai shared information about the membership to new comers .

 

 

Female members also shared their views on the topic and subject matter . All the members actively particiapted in the program and many issues raised were jointly addressed by WNSO-Nepal representatives .

 

We would like to thanks all the member who have shown keen interest to come attend and taking part actively in the Program .WNSO-Nepal seeks youth effort in tranforming ideas into Reality .

 

A Program was formally closed at 4:30 with a commitment that every volunteers presented shall work towards direction in achieving their goals , and next meeting will he held soon for forward moving .

we express hearthfelt thanks to all participants and presentors for making the programme grand success

 

This Programme was attended by over four dozens of energetic youth students and other people from various sectors. Participating volunteers were oriented on the objectives/goals and future perspective of WNSO by WNSO committee members. They were also aquatinted on how to be involved in volunteer activities of this organisation. All the participants showed their interest toward WNSO activities and to be member of this organisation. Participants were informed about how to communicate and to be in touch with WNSO .Also, the volunteers were requested to send their brief resume containing their field of interest to WNSO Nepal official email addres.
