I don't know if it is going to work in Nepal.

if you are going to Nepal, don't worry, nowadays corruption at airport seems to be minimum. I been to Nepal twice this year and didn't have any problem at all.

Yes I agree with Bharat Dai. The corruptin in Nepal seem to be low than in past. Goverment officials seems to work a bit fater than last time and they are scared to ake bribes openely.

It is getting better in Nepal

It is good to know that corruption level is reduced comparatively.

Let’s hope it will be eliminated completely in the few years to come so that we can call Nepal as corruption free country.

*Sighhhhhh..*

I expected my holidays in nepal 2 be as good as the 1 b4,

but it didn't turn out so.

In the airport,

my hubby n me were pressurised by an immigrant officer who

was simply trying 2 make our lives difficult.

The plane was taking off in abt 10 mins time n

there we were stuck in his tiny office

asking 4 our marriage certificates n my baby's certificate.

What the hell!!!!

He was really testing our patience n

soon time ran out so did my patience.

i break loose n started screaming!!

Fuming with anger

"If u want $$$$ just say so!

It's becoz of people like u, that we, Nepal, is where we r now."

Passengers looked on us as if we were insane.

Officers gathered ard,

but i didn't give a damn.

Yes we have travelled place perhaps

they were trying 2 make dough.

However y do people hv 2 shame, disgrace our country n

ways unimaginable?

We earn our living in honesty n dignity

but they just shake their legs n

expects cash 2 be rolling in.

Finally after making it thru the gate n the security,

waiting 4 the bus 2 board the plane

a guy came up 2 me n

said "I'm glad u said that, they well-deserved it".

I personally feel that we need 2 express ourselves n

our rights.

We hv shut ourselves n our mouths way 2 long.............
