Obviously at this Transition period of Social institution and paradigm shift in the Socio Phychological perspectives and life styles of our nationals there are many many issues that have remained unresolved over a period of time . We seek unity in diversity and politically stable nation for Freedom and Sovereignty of Nation for the shake of nation and it is Rationality and Freedom a Parallel very broad term we have been consistently involved in lecturing , disseminating and dealing with it since Centuries From Raja Maharjas Period .When Foreign his Highness and Excellency tried their level best to form their Supremacy and Colony in this nation , National Heroes sacrified their life for the shake of Nation integrity , Sovereignty and Freedom ..that it is in our Blood that we are a independent nation since a Long Long history . Nepal a state or territory was not defined by Any Nations ..it is in existence since the unification and it is not the grant by any country , we are the sovereign people of this nation ," As knowledge and Eastern literature says that Detachment from Material Reality " we have a unique national emotion which is undeniable fact that Rationality and Freedom are Interliked with this emotional value and beliefs of the people of Nepal . Many tried to invade us and for their individual interest , the powerful political administaration and the Law was formed to achieve their best individual interest , we loose Many districts in the name of Sandhis , those people before sandhis were Nepali and still there are the Nepali National though Ranas Regime by means of Treaties exchange our land and our people of this beloved nation . By product was Prashant Tamang was overwhelmingly and willingly supported , this was not for the Individual Prashant Tamang ..for emotionally and rationally and freedom Callled "Nationality " that have remained as legacy whcih is being passed from Gerneration to Generation as it our common understanding . Nepalis people have fought and struggled with many invaders , many such Ranas regime , and they have Slaughtedd the Hills , the jungles for thier livelyhood .We have built our own inclusive community to live and as Every Individual has its Rights guaranteed by Constitution of Nepal . We resepect individual Freedom which is our golden culture that every foregner tries to praise it in many ways . If all the youths who had been slaughterring the Jungle of full of poisionuous Snake and Farm the Jungle of developed East Asia , why we not do it here leaving here may be that was the theme of CK LAL Article .
Going abroad for Knowledge and seeking Higher studies such peoples are the nations asset , We do not ought to Learn case study of some Multinational companies in our MBA program , the national requirement is an individual who conceive a Developement Politics , Development Management , Development Law and Economics for Far western region as exemplification , we seek Institutions which pour resources for the empowerment of Nationals from upreviliged place and community . Lets parallely forward ahead with the Individual Interest ., Social Interest and National Interest.

I totally agree with Sanjeeb. The students and professionals who go to abroad for study and work doesn't intend to return in Nepal. Infact 90% of them stay in the country they go or any other good country.

Desh Banau bhanera karayera matra hudaiuna. Nepal ma ayera bidesh ma padeko and experience gareko gyan haru use garnu paryo.

If you do MBA from US and work there in US, you are no use for Nepal. You must come Nepal with your US MBA in order to participate in the Nation building process.

Yes, the responsibility of nation building process lies to every single citizen of that particular country. Every single citizen of the country must have such feelings and I am sure all of we have too.

However, political crisis has been major obstacle for country such as Nepal to grow. This element has negative impact on employment, economy and other prospects. Which may be the cause, attractive numbers of people are choosing to settle down abroad.

It is true, highly skilled/professional/educated individuals are asset of the country. The nation expects such individuals to return home after the completion of their education and involve in such process. This can be done in two ways such as being in country and out country. It can be witnessed that many of our colleagues, seniors are involved in such important process.
