My sincere gratitude to Admin Jee for his stiff and stern effort in introducing a "Name and Shame Policy"

I am extremely sorry to write few comments on it which may be not expected here.

I have a meticulous look of "Name and Shame Policy". I found that having this policy is dire necessity. There is no doubt that it will play a role of sine qua non to trace any sort of misusage of WNSO services in mala fide practice.

Though I have been noticed that some of the stanzas are presented very arrogantly which may give bit bitter impression to new commers. I also aware that it may not cause to existing members because they are very much accustomed by WNSO's policy system.

Basically its' my firm believe that policy somehow says that any sort of strategy must be implemented rather than saying "we should do that or this" I mean just dropping comments. But I feel that some member have their creative mind to create something new but they are lacking skills to implement it. In this circumstances it'll discourage them. I am also very much aware that WNSO always encourage to its' member and appreciate what they are atleast doing. I feel that the policy should be redesigned in a minute saying its' main aim.

The above was just my feelings which I have expressed, if these are irrelevant than Admin can delete them. I do not have any objection on it.

Thank you for comments. I appreciate it.

As always, comments and feedback are welcome, this help us to improve and do the job right way.

Of course creative mind give creative feedback, and creative plan. They are most welcome. But if someone always come and follow thread, started by particular person and make big fuss for small thing are certainly noticeable. We are talking about that and sooner or later, if that attitude continues, we will have no alternative but to prosecute such person by every possible option.

I agreed about people using strange name. We are well aware of those strange people, and those who use multiple names to login to support themselves.

As long as they are doing something for WNSO, we have no objection about it, and, yet, we have no policy to warn them. But when someone uses that to support him or herself, we will have no alternative than to stop this dirty trick and use “Name and Shame” policy, and further policy will follow.

We are going to request all the member to update their profile very soon which will help us to make clean database, and also help us to remove such character in the future.

Lets keep walking.

Let's co-operate and help Admin. We all know we're here to gain knowledge, to share the information and to feel near to Nepal though many of us are not in Nepal.

We all know Admin and WNSO team had not stopped anyone from making comment, writing and has no intention too. But, if someone comes here to highlight him/herself, uses unpractical way to go up, which finally disturbs the Environment, pollute WNSO, then, I request Admin to act hardly, not to leave him/her without action. It doesn't give anyone reason to stay to be a part that organisation where those kind of unfair practices goes.

I personally request all memebers and coming members to make WNSO a pure education-friendly place where we can help each other, share the information, knowledge. This is only possible and helpful if someone provides information transparently. And, by helping each other, we can be good friend.

So, appeal all friends to support WNSO Team because it is doing whatever it can, giving its remaining time, time from Study, Work and trying to bring all together.

It's my own personal calculation what I got from last couple of months. I am not long with WNSO, but I am proud where I am today is so simply. I just got this Site through one friend and started to give my off time, tried to share what I feel, what I got and what I saw and I did harsh comments on many things. But, I never got involved in any type of verbal debate with anyone. Till now, I too actually don't know how WNSO Team is managing all this, how hard for them to run this Organisation. Because I am facing lots of problem to bring 50,60 students here in Korea, under WNSO Korea(http://korea.wnso.org). Anyway, friends, don't react, comment like Political leaders, but be more realistic.

I Think we should not pull each others legs and begin criticizing each other as I hate this a lot.

Let's keep doing the good job as WNSO just like BALAYAR DAJU said, it's difficult to manage the things up. Just like me, I have been finding very difficult just to manege the things up in WNSO SIngapore.

But we should always give encouragements and helping hands to the people who wish to do something for WNSO in any way, either be developing site, network or promoting the WNSO.

I personally find some members a bit of frustrating as they always try to pull legs. HEY guys let's not do that, lets join our hand to geather to KEEP THE WNSO TRADITION ROLLING. Cause WNSO is OURS, we should drag it to it's destination and HEY..why not show to the world that WE "NEPALESE" also can make a difference.

Some of the guys at WNSO is doing great with lot's of hard work and commitment. JUst keep it up and the GOD will see all about it. I have a strong believe in WNSO team and I will personally try my best as Much as I can to DRAG and PROMOTE WNSO to help it's tradition rolling.

Let's forget about the past, there is always light at the end of the tunnel..so let's go for it.

I know we will and can make difference.

Yes, this is an utmost important to prevail peace, tranquillity as well as the atmosphere of sincerity in WNSO.

Its' my earnest request to all to keep quite aloof those elements, the usage of those may harm to WNSO.

Dear Freinds,
Leg pulling is definately not good practice and should be avoided in any cost for the sake of WNSO and oneself. Good compliments always makes you happy, but as i said in past, healthy (though negative) comments is the driving force that compells one to go ahead. Some learns by reading books, some learns by experience and some pretend to learn by all means. Learning is never ending process and its never late to learn good things.

One can try to forget PAST, but it will always follow you unless you learn from PAST. In my personal opinion, WNSO has no destination, because once it gets its destination it will rest. So it is journey and there is no rest, people from different dimension walk in here and helps other to walk together and to acheive one's personal destination. But as i said, WNSO itself has no destination, it is journey, it is path, it is direction. One can make difference in many ways, but objective of WNSO to make difference in positive ways.

Belief is the greates thing that one has and it makes GOD to exist in one's soul. Belief, hope are the words that makes human alive even one is taking his/her last breath of life. And this "Belief" is the great factor behind WNSO team to make it running properously. I am "hoping" again that all members will understand the problems and contribute postively to
the WNSO.

Dear Friends,

It is really nice to read your posting with motive to develope WNSO as a very good forum. Your comments really will help all of us to develope oneself in partcular and to WNSO in general. As the discussion seems to have been started from proposed "Name and shame policy", I also went through the policy very carefully. I am very delighted to read that as I personally feel this is really helpful to boost performace in WNSO to meet the objective.

Eventually, I couldnot get anything on the policy that could prohibit creative work . May be I couldnot undertstand properly as I don't know what exactly happend with TORADO. Still I am very much sure that this policy will certainly help to go WNSO forward with unity. As everybody believes that WNSO is transparent introducing any kind of strict policy will not harm anybody provided the policy and investigation in case of the breach of term is transparant and unbiased. As WNSO is a social organisation and is being run for the benefit of all members, let us work together as always.

Please don't feel offended by my comment. I really do not have any intention either to support or offend anyone.

Let us work together for the better future for all.
